My new camera bag arrived today, and I love it! I had been complaining that my big black bag that came with the camera was TOO big and ugly, and I wanted something smaller and nicer, that I could take with me easier. This was the solution!! It's pretty small, but it fits the camera, one extra lens and some accessories, so it's great! It is just full of awesomeness.

A robin in our red maple tree. It seems like the trees grew their leaves overnight!

Dress rehearsal night! Emma did such a great job, we were very proud of her. She smiles the whole time! It's so great to see that she is just full of joy to dance.
I couldn't decide, so I chose two photos for today.

Day 143, May 23/09

Home from the recital! Emma did a great job again. Lots of smiles, hands on her hips when they were supposed to be, and she remembered the whole dances!! Yay!

She is now working on her Littlest Petshop design-a-pet. I love the crafts that are mostly stickers, so much less mess!!!

Sophia & Emma playing their games together. Sophie calls hers a "DS" as well, even though it's actually a Leapster... she just has to be like her big sister!

Sophie gave Emma the Wii "All Star Cheerleader" game with the pom poms that attache to the remotes. They had a great time being cheerleaders!

Happy Birthday Party! Emma had her party at Misuraca Karate, and she had a great time with her friends, playing on the rock climbing wall and going on the zipline.

My card from Emma - she made it at school. It says:

I'm not sure what I giggled more at - my only being fun ONCE, or that she thinks I'm fashionable!!

Just Emma! I was trying to be "at home studio" with this one, and failed miserably. The colours are flat, the curtain doesn't hit the floor on that side... Grr.

Happy Mother's Day to me! These are my gifts from Shane & the girls - a digital photo frame (I tried really hard to make sure that the photo showed the photos changing) and some iTunes $$. I also got some beautiful pictures & cards :)

Happy Birthday Emma!! I can't believe I have a 7 year old!!!

It was pouring rain this morning - which was actually ok with Emma, as it meant that she could take her High School Musical umbrella out to the bus with her!
